Version 3.5 of RPM Pro is pushing the boundaries of property management software's once more.

With a brand new calendar system, improved security and even more fluid styling, RPM Pro V3.5 has made this real time property management software better than ever before!

So lets start by telling you about the new calendar system that we have built for RPM. As there are so many features we have created its own dedicated page for its information.

NEW: RPM Calendar

The new calendar system comes with its own menu item on the left menu, for now, as its brand new we have the "BETA" logo next to it to help it stand out for you. The goal of the new calendar system is to help make vacation rental property management far easier and faster than ever before, targeting the following main points:

• Keeping up with the latest bookings
  
• Managing housekeeping requests,
• Tracking maintenance reports and completions
• Vacation rental property pricing

A few updates ago we introduced the online lease application system. We have implemented 2 new settings inside your software main settings. These are under the "Rental / Booking & Payment Settings" tab. You will see that you can now set a price for the application and also select a custom payment gateway for lease applications instead of it using the property default gateway. This is to solve compliance issues that some states have due to a requirement that lease application funds be allocated to a separate account.

NEW: 30 Day Login & Improved Security

We have revamped the current login system to remain up to date with current online security trends. This has allowed us to finally implement cookie based logins. What this means for you is that you will now no longer be automatically logged out when you close your browser or dont use the software for a short time. This can be deactivated by unchecking the "Remember Me" button on the login screen. All cookies are saved for 30 days onto your computer thus keeping you logged in for 30 days after last use of the software.

NEW: Box on Vacation rental property information

We have implemented a new "Weekend Rate" box into the property information. Please fill in this box in advance of our next update as the new "pricing reset" function will be resetting weekends to the rate filled into this box by default.

We have also cleaned up the tables within the software, giving the header a little color so that it stands out a bit more and fits with our design too.
