That's right! Realtime Property Management Pro will be moving to version 3.0 next month and because its a whole new round number we have planned some pretty big updates.

Keep an eye on this post before version 3 release as we will be updating it along the way with new features that will be coming in the next update!

Update Release Teaser 1:

We are pleased to let you know that the first teaser release is that we have overhauled the Service requests section for easier maintenance management of all of your properties!

Here are a few points:

Service Requests (These updates apply to VR Service requests also)

• Totally revamped style to make service requests even easier and more user friendly. With the enhanced UI comes a couple of new features too!
• When using mobile you can now select to take a picture directly with your camera, or select one you have already taken.
• Completing the request and adding a resolution is now moved into 1 place so that its 1 less step for you to complete
• Revamped notes system for a chat like update system in realtime between users and admins
• New emails that will be sent:
• Main email, Assigned Rep & Tenant will now be emailed upon request update
• Main email & tenant are now emailed upon request resolution
• As always, both parties are emailed upon notes
